What is your return policy?

Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a refund within two weeks of your item being delivered. For the return to be accepted, all items must remain in their original condition - unworn, unused and with tags intact while still within its packaging. What do I do if I received a damaged or defective item?

Please contact us at support@itsucculentime.com, we will promptly let you know if your refund request is accepted or declined, once we have received and checked the return. If approved, you'll receive a refund on the same payment method used within 10 business days. Do keep in mind that it might take some time for your bank to process and post this transaction. What do I do if I've received the wrong item?

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@itsucculentime.com. We will provide a return shipping label for you to send it back and can either issue a refund or resend the correct item as soon as possible, free of charge.
